It’s a comment about an article.
This is not the biggest deal because he was charged with conspiracy, then when they decided nothing was on him he was released. This happens in almost every country, especially here in the U.S.
I remember a while back, I read about this blogger who complained about the security measures/hassle's we had to go through at the airport.
The blogger then complained about how useless the security measures were and how easily they could be defeated. Not long after his house was raided by the FBI, and I'm not sure if he was detained but I wouldn't be surprised.
So, to try and link SK with China's censorship, is by a loooong and imaginative long shot. That guy was free to say what he wanted, but got investigated, shortly to be released....this is what happens here in the U.S. too.
